Pack light or use a wagon. Guests should plan to carry belongings about 50 feet over sand to reach the cottage. For easier unloading, you may park temporarily in front of the house on the beach with a $30 annual Surfside beach pass. Please note: beach access can be busy on holiday weekends. 💧 Water Information Surfside city water is not potable. The cottage has a whole-house filter (safe for bathing, laundry, and dishes) and an under-sink reverse osmosis system for drinking water. City water is out of our control, we are not responsible for quality/color but do provide drinking water at the kitchen sink or alternatively feel free to bring your own drinkable water. 🌴 Your Beach Paradise Awaits Whether you’re here to fish, relax, or simply soak in the ocean views, Dolphin Views offers a cozy retreat right on the sand. Come enjoy our little slice of paradise! 📋 Important Notes • Maximum occupancy includes all overnight guests and day visitors. • All guests must be listed on the reservation. No third-party bookings. • Security cameras are located at the bottom of the stairs and under the deck facing the beach. They record motion for safety.
